Seasonal full-time position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
  • Knowledge of recruitment procedures, and techniques
  • Ability to recruit eligible families and children into the program
  • Maintain contact and working relationships with families and the community
  • Stay current on community, state and agency resources and services available to clients
  • Assist in recruiting volunteers, and maintain records of volunteer activities
  • In-kind record keeping and recording
  • Facilitate, prepare agendas and ensure minutes are recorded for parent and subcommittee meetings
  • Implement and oversee family curriculum
  • Oversee and monitor classroom attendance records
  • Collaboratively develop service plans under guidelines of CC Idaho’s Family Advocacy Model (FAM)
  • Develop, prepare and maintain family records, documents, files, reports, databases, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Oversee perpetual inventory, purchasing supplies, attend training and case management meetings, and assist in preparing newsletters
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Supervise Family Aides
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and administer budget and project expenditures
  • Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
  • Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with CC Idaho, local, state, and federal regulations and standards
Qualifications                                               
  • Required
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • One or more years in community services or related experience
    • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
    • Oral/written bilingual communication (English/Spanish)
    • Must pass physical examination and background checks, including state day care clearance
    • Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
    • Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Preferred
    • Associate degree in early childhood education, social services, business administration or related field
